Dear sir, I have completed my graduation degree from distance education in 2014. Is it approved by ugc or valid for government Job?

Yes, distance degree offered by any university or college affiliated with UGC are valid and candidates with degree are eligible to appear for various entrance examination for recruitment in government jobs.

So, you can appear for various entrance examination. For appearing in government jobs candidates need only degree from a recognised university.

Graduation degree from distance education is eligible for government job. But the University in which you have done graduation in distance mode should be approved by UGC. If university was not approved by UGC, you are not eligible for Government Job. If University was approved by UGC, you will be eligible for Government Job.

Distance degrees are valid only when your institute is approved by Distance Education Council and University Grants Commission.

You need to check details about your college. If your college is approved by UGC and DEC then your degree is valid for government job.

This is my question i am duing the master degree distance education In msc mlt are valid in Haryana for govt job ....ya not valid passingout...year 2014
