Sir i m pankaj mankotia i doing my bsc from cskhpkv i m preparing for HAS give me tips and syllabus of HAS that i m able for entrance i m waiting for your answer

To crack HAS( Himachal prasdesh Administrative service) you must work hard reading for 7-8 hrs per day and revise what you read. Practice the old papers.
