i want to do mtech in gud universities.wat r the universities and wen will entrance xams for the universities are conducted individually

M. Tech is a better option to do, through which you can expand your knowledge in a particular field of interest.

If you would like to be a part of M. Tech then you would go through the process of entrance. The entrance test is conducted by so many universities every year. Information about some of the university is given below

>> You can take GATE examination for M. Tech. Usually GATE is take in February month of each year.

>> Then there are some deemed universities who conducts his own entrance test. Information regarding these universities is given below

1. Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). The entrance examination for VIT is generally on 1st week of june and notification for examination is usually come in month of april.

2. International Institute of Information Technology(IIITB). The entrance examination for IIITB is generally on 1st or 2nd week of april and notification for examination is usually come in month of Feb-March.

3. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University). The entrance examination for IP University is generally on 2nd or 3rd week of april and notification for examination is usually come in month of Feb.

5. Two other universities whose notification for the examination is come in month of Feb-March are punjab technical university and Jawaharlal Nehru University.

You should attempt GATE-2012.It is only for btech/be 4th year.
You should take this exam according to your stream..
If you get a good score you can get in to iit's and nit's
All the best.

For M.tech you have to appear in GATE exam.
Generally it is conducted in the month of February .


Eligibility for Gate exam-

1. No age limit and no limitation on the numbers of attempts .
2.You have to be a B.tech student.
3. The student of final year can apply for it.

The universities for GATE-

1.IITs
2.NITs
3.Central universities and reputed universities.
4.Good state universities .
