Is a valid GATE score necessary for admission in IISc integrated Ph.D in biological sciences?


I am a Bsc. H Medical biotechnology graduate (4yr course). Is having a valid GATE score necessary for admission in IISc integrated phd in biological sciences.

8I AM MSC FINAL YEAR STUDENT .I WANT TO DO PHD IN THERITICAL CHEMISTRY .WHICH COLLEGE IS PREFERRED. I AM AGATE CLEARED STUDENT.

my gate score is 350
my marks is 22 and qualifying marks is 25
can i get phd from iisc or iit or nits
