Voluntary retired Indian Air Force personnel can apply for Group C Civilian post under Western Air Command?

I took discharge from Indian Air Force after 11 years of service on compassionate grounds. Now I am 41 years of age (DOB - 20/05/1976). With enough experience, can I apply for Group C civilian post under Western Air Command???
