What is the age eligibility criteria followed for SSLC board exam?
My son born on 07/01/2014. Is he eligible to write sslc state board or CBSE exam in the year of 2029-2030? Can you please provide me the right information? What is the age eligibility criteria followed in general? Awaiting for the quick response.

There is no minimum age limit to appear for examination declared officially by any recognised board.
It is the Directorates of State Education who declare the age limit for respective state. So, you can visit official website of it or visit your school to get details information about minimum age limit. |

SSLC stands for- Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
You will get SSLC certificate only after successfully completion of 10th standard. You have to fulfill the age criteria designed by CBSE to appear in SSLC exam. The required age for SSLC exam are given below:- Minimum - 14 years Maximum - 16 years As per my knowledge, you are eligible to write SSLC exam. |

SSLC stands for secondary school leaving certificate. Candidate who are passing 10th Standards are eligible to apply for SSLC exam.
Age criteria ~ The minimum age limit for this exam is 14 years. ~ The maximum age limit for this exam is 16 years. |

CBSE have not declared any minimum age limit to appear for 10th board examination.
As, it is the responsibility of Directorates of State Education board to declare the minimum age criteria for all the student of respective state. So, kindly visit state Directorate office or visit to school in which you want to get admission, for more details. |

Yes your child will be eligible for appearing in the Secondary Exam or 10th exam in the year around 2030 if everything goes well and fine. But why you are so worried, you child has just born in 2014 and he is only 3 years old, so just relax, admit you child in any playschool rightnow and around 5 years of age admit him in School for further studies.

My maid's daughter is 22 years old. She could not pursue her studies after 9th (Karnataka State Board)) due financial issues. However, she is keen to continue her studies now and wants to appear for SSLC exam. Is she eligible to appear for the exam?
