Company Secretary course is basically a distance learning course supplemented by Postal Coaching, which is study material issued by ICSI. However Institute itself provide oral coaching classes through its regional councils and major chapters. Oral coaching classes which are provided by the institute in almost all major cities of India are not mandatory and thus optional to be taken by students.

Some private coaching institutes are also providing comprehensive coaching classes for all levels of cs examinations. It is totally a matter of personal opinion to determine that which city is best in providing coaching classes for CS examinations.
