You have to give the CSIR-NET exams
You have to choose the Subject LIFE SCIENCES.
The Specialization that should be chosen by you should be Microbiology
The Code for this subject is 306

Last CSIR-NET exam was held on 23rd December 2012

Eligibilty for this exam is Post Graduation Pass with Minimum 55% marks
You post Graduation should be in the subject in which you want to give the exams.

You can apply for the Junior Research Fellowships, if your age is below 28 years
If you get through JRF, the monthly stipend is Rs 16000 per month
