What can I do to get a better opportunity in career if i am a nurse in RCH scheme


I am a nurse in RCH scheme from last 3 years . Now what I do to get better opportunity in career ?
Is B.Sc. Nursing is a good option, then please tell me waht is the procedure so that I can continue with B.Sc. and my job both ..
