Dear sir, i want provisional passing certificate, i have only passing marks cards, but they are asking me fail marks card, but i dont have fail marks cards, so what can i do?

If you don't have fail marks card to submit it to authorities then, you can contact your school/college/university examination branch and inform about the lose of your certificates. They will ask you fill the related form and you need to pay the fee as specified by the examination branch member. They will send your request to the board/university and they will provide the certificates you lost. In this way, you can get your fail marks card and submit it to authorities.
