Dear,

Planning is very important in everyone's life,it is also very necessary in order to get a job done. We should do strategic planning before we do something. It should be kept in mind that planning is the most important part in success.

As we know there are various roles in planning,eg if you are preparing for a competitive exam, then you have to plan what you are going to read, what are the important syllabus and topics etc. This is called strategic planning.

Some of the components which are viable for planning are:

>> Mission:

*This is very important as you know what ever you do,you need to know that it is a mission,it is a goal of your dreams in order to do it.It will give you a clear cut idea of the programme of what you are doing.

*it should reflect the basic need of your goals.

>>Objectives:

*Objective is what you have to complete your task.It is the goal which you are trying to achieve.
* It provides motivation to the colleagues in the organisation.

>>roles and responsibilities:

* These are the things which are meant to be imparted in you,to be followed in order to achieve this. To be able to act responsible, you are entering the phase of success in mission.

* You need to be consistent both in static and dynamic ways for your roles.

Component Planner :

Component Planners are responsible for processing maintenance & service orders in SAP RAM & in the SAP ERP back end system.

They are responsible for planning materials that are required for executing orders or projects .

They must also be familiar with the contents & use of manufactures part catalogs or other catalogs strode on the internet .

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
