* The Best option is you can go for M.Sc in Mathematics.

* If you have interest in computer science , then you can go for MCA.

* If you have interest in IT field , then you can opt M.Sc in Informaation Technology.

what can i do after b.sc. Mathamatics

There are various options for you after completing Bachelor of Science course. It all depends on what exactly do you want to do in the future. You should pick the course depending on your interest. Below are some options.


B.Tech

You always have the option to go for B.Tech after completing Bachelor of Science course. You can get admission for various streams in Engineering as a B.Sc graduate. If interested in pursing Engineering then firstly do not prepare for AIEEE or IIT-JEE. These exams are useless if you have completed graduation.


You will get admission for B.Tech under the lateral entry scheme. This scheme would get you admission in the second year of engineering course. There is no procedure of getting lateral entry in IITs however other engineering colleges do reserve some seats every year for lateral entry.


The admission is given on the merit basis and through entrance exam. Several college would give admission to candidate with 60 percent marks in B.Sc while others would want the candidate to appear for LEET entrance exam.


M.Sc

You can also opt for M.Sc in Mathematics. There are various options after completing post graduation like lectureship. You can appear for NET/SET entrance exam and if passed would get job in government college as lecturer. A lot of post graduation candidates prefer this option. The requirement to appear for NET would be

1. Post graduation degree in any stream from a recognised college.

2. Minimum of 55 percent marks in Master degree.

3. At least 50 percent marks for SC/ST candidates.

4. There is no age limit for lectureship


MBA

If you want to switch tracks then Master of Business Administration is a good course. Since you are mathematics student I would recommend MBA in Finance. You can apply for job in Banking, Insurance, Stock Broking sector after the degree. For admission in MBA you will have to appear for entrance exams like Common Admission Test, XAT or Management Aptitude Test.

If you want admission in IIMs then would have to appear for CAT. To do so you need 50 percent marks in B.Sc. Otherwise XAT or MAT are good option for you. There is no percentage requirement for the MAT entrance exam.


MCA

In case you have interest in computers, there is no better course than Master of Computer Application. You can apply for MCA if had Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2. This is not gonna be issue for you. MCA would get you job in MNC like Infosys, IBM, Microsoft, HCL etc. However you would need at least 65 percent marks throughout the academic career to do so.

First of all, pass all your subjects in your current degree and then go for admission in M.sc for better job prospects. Some good colleges you could try are:
St. Xavier's College (Mumbai), Symbiosis, BM College (Pune), Christ College (Bangalore), Lovely Professional University (Punjab); which offer better education and have got good infrastructure as well. For detail info. regarding admission process, just visit their website also.

Hi there are several open choices available after bsc mathematics. We can apply for msc or man which is according to your interest if we Want options in teaching line we can choose msc. Thank you
