NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.

The cut off marks is not fixed and changes every year. Suppose you belong to general category, last year, marks required to qualify this exam was around 150 out of 720 marks. But to get admission in any medical college, you need to score much more than qualifying marks.

General category candidate must score at least 70% marks out of 720 for getting admission in any medical college for MBBS course. If you are able to score above 500 marks out of 720, you have good chance of getting admission in medical colleges.
