What is the date of AIEEE state counseling of Uttarkhand?

i want to know the date of aieee state counselling of uttarakhand.
My air 372588 and category 226282 and state rank 6188 and cat. 4835 in b.tech.
I am physically dissabled student .so can i get a best colleges of uttarakhand for mechanical/electrical/electrical and electronics branches.can i get government colleges.please send me the name of best colleges in privates.
