sir,i a wishing to build my career in electrical engineering.i want to know that is this field is right for me.i am interested in it.i want detail about electrical engg. and placement in it.is there any good career in this feilD please help me.

Career in electrical department is awesome because it is evergreen.Electrical engineering is one of the top leading branch in the world.All activities like home based equipment,industries depends on electrical supply.So to maintain this electrical engineer is must.
Every year lot of openings are held throughout the world.You should maintain minimum required aggregate throughout you degree.

Hello BHASA ,yes ,to be an electrical engineer is a very good choice.you can earn name ,fame,money and a lot of things in this field.This field is right for you, it is difficult to tell you,because i think you have the answer of this question.Ask to your heart that you really want to be an engineer,if yes then really with electrical thread .It is very important that you have appropriate knowledge about your field ,one thing is the most important,you should fully interested about your field. Are you always ready to repair any damage electrical item,do try to repair any electrical item.unless you do so or not.can success to place your all work in one side and your field passion in other side.If the answer of all the question arises above is in YES then to be an electrical engineer is really very right field for you.There is a very bright future in this field,there is also good placement in this field.you should try to collect more and more knowledge about this field ,to do so you can get better placement among-est average student.It is good if you have little knowledge about computer languages.good luck .

Engineering is the branch of Science which deals with the research and development of various types of Technologies like Electrical, Electronics, Computers, IT, Civil etc.


Electrical Engineering is one of the top branches and it deals with the study of motors, Transmission lines, Cables, Antenna, Electric Machines, etc..
Thus since it is also one of the oldest branches of Engineering in the world, its deemed to have its importance ever and also know as Ever Green Branch.


Now coming to your query, is Electrical Engineering good. I would say, every study has a field in which it is required. So no study/course is useless.

This world needs every one. Neither only Engineers nor doctors could do it all. We would always need a writer to write articles in news papers, a journalist, an actor, a photographer, an artist, singer, dancer, scientist, economist, teachers, accountants etc. And of course Engineers and Doctors.


I wrote this only to tell that sure you can go for Electrical Engineering. It would definitely fetch you work if you do it honestly and with sincerity.
There are some good colleges which would should prefer for getting admissions into.

Some of them are : IIT's, NIT's, Jadavpur University in the government colleges. For privates BITS, SRM, Jaypee, etc are the best.
