APIIT 2011 Engineering
Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology SD India provides 4 year Engineering courses in the field of Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology & Electrical Engineering. The Institute is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India & Department of Technical Education, Government of Haryana. APIIT was established by highly reputed SD Education Society. It is one of the few institutes to have international accreditation. The Institute has a major advantage as it is directly under the accreditation of AICTE.
The admission to the institute is based on AIEEE conducted by CBSE or NAT conducted by APIIT. Candidates who have got a good rank in AIEEE can directly apply through their AIEEE score card otherwise the candidates have to appear in NAT which is based on a similar pattern as AIEEE. Either way can the candidate apply for any stream of the engineering that the Institute offers.

Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should have cleared 10+2 exams with atleast 50% aggregate marks in PCM. Candidates belonging to the reservation categories as well as those who belong from the defense background are offered relaxation in the above eligibility criterion. Also those who are appearing for 12th exams in 2011 can apply. However these candidates have to provide the Certificate of Merit as and when required by the Institute’s concerned authority.

How to Apply:
Candidates can directly apply for counseling through their AIEEE scores or can apply for NAT details for which will be available through the website www.apiit.edu.in. All the candidates are requested to carefully go through the instructions and then only fill up the form. The exact date for the counseling is mentioned in the official website.
