You need to contact the authorities concerned immediately. If possible you must personally visit the office. You could furnish details like the date you applied, DD number etc. It is always good to keep a copy of the application form that you send across. You should at least note down the number for future reference.

You should immediately contact the admission officer or you should meet VIT representative one day before exam.
