Dear Friend,
First thing is thing is that there are many types of Integrated Course even only for Ph.D,
For Example Integrated M.Sc+Ph.D/Integrated M.A+Ph.D/Integrated M.Tech+Ph.D Courses so its very Important to know to which stream you are belonging to,Beside this even Integrated Course further are been sub-divided into various types depending on the Stream.

Its not Possible to define the Course Duration without knowing to which Field you are belonging,Since,It is as Similar to know the Fare of Ticket even without knowing the Station where the Train stops.
