UPSC stands to union public service commission.
Basically UPSC will conduct mostly officer posts,So degree is the qualification to appear officer exams.. UPSC will also conduct exams based on the post,10+2 qualified also eligible for separate posts.. It will give notifications twice in year for all kind of posts.. All the best.. |

Hi,
UPSC conducts various competitive exam for the various posts of Central government. I think your intention is from Civil Service exam. This is the most popular exam of UPSC which is conducted for the post of IAS,IPS or IRS. >>>>Eligibility criteria for the Civil Service exam you should be graduated in any branch from recognized university or its equivalent. You can also apply in final year of graduation. You must be in age of 21 to 30 years Age relaxation as per government norms SC/ST + 5 years OBC + 3 years PH + 10 years You must be the citizen of India. UPSC is going to issue the notification for the civil service exam on 2/2/2013 and last date of application form is 4/3/2013. while exam will be held on 19/5/2013. ## UPSC conducts various examinations to recruit the candidates like CIVIL SERVICES,NDA,CDS,SCRA,IES exams ## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for Civil Services exam is graduation & for INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES exam is degree in engineering & for CDS exam is graduation/engineering degree & for NDA,SCRA exams is 12th pass in 10+2 pattern with physics,mathematics subjects ## For NDA,CDS and SCRA exams,only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply ## For further details please visit www.upsc.gov.in ** ALL THE BEST ** |

Dear friend UPSC conducts various competitive exam if you want to apply
Civil Services Exam then the minimum Education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University. Eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam :- Candidate should be an Indian citizen. Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University. Age should be between 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates. Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years And SC/ST category candidates 5 years. Number of Attempts:- General category candidates - 4 time OBC category Candidates - 7 time SC/ST category candidates - No limit. Physical Standard:-- Height – Male 165 cm and Female -150 cm Chest – Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm. Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm. Selection procedure :- - Preliminary entrance exam - Main entrance exam - Interview - Physical and medical test All the best...... |
