sir,please tell me about the banking jobs in india?what eligibility is required for the bankingjobs in india?after 12 what should i do B.COM OR B.B.A?what is the difference between B.COM and B.COM(HONS.)?what should i do in M.B.A?like there are lote of options like H.R.,RETAIL,MARKETING etc...?m very confused.please reply me as soon as possible.

Qualification requirement depends with job profile you are interested to work. Freshers are usually recruited to the position of clerks, P.O, etc. For clerical position pass in 10th/12th is enough. Graduates in any stream can apply for Officer level jobs. In B.Com (hons), you need to study some more papers other than B.Com and is valued more than B.Com. In MBA you can apply for your subject of interest.
