CBI stands for (Central bureau of Investigation). If your aspiring to become and CBI Officer then you should apply for (Combined Graduate preliminary) Examination which is conducted by SSC Staff selection Commission. This Examination held once in every year.

Qualification Required for CBI Officer Examination :-

Educational Qualification :-

You complete your Graduation courses in Criminology, then definitely your eligible for CBI Officer Examination. Final year candidate of bachelor degree may also eligible to apply for this Examination .

Age Limit :-

-For Inspectors :- You age must be 18 years to 27 years
-For Assistant Grade and SI post :- Your age should be 20 to 25 years

The Applicant should be physically as well as mentally fit for this Examination .

CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation.

The candidate who wishes to join CBI as Police Inspector has to write UPSC exam.

The qualification required is Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized board.

The candidate must be a citizen of India.

The candidate age should be in between 21 years to 30 years for general category.Age is relaxed for OBC by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

The selection process involves of written test followed by Physical test and interview.

The syllabus for CBI Police Inspector exam consists of

- General Intelligence & Reasoning

- General Awareness

- Quantitative Aptitude

- English Comprehension
