What is the eligible percentage in graduate for Combined Defence Services?

What should be my minimum percentage in graduation to be eligible to apply for the Combined Defence Services (CDS)? Will it count the final year percentage only or the overall average in all 3 years of graduation?

Eligibility Criteria Required to apply for Combined Defence Services (CDS):

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, there is no certain minimum percentage criteria required in order to be eligible for appearing in Combined Defence Services Recruitment.

Yes, successful pass in Graduation is mandatory in order to be eligible and there is no percentage criteria required.

There are several wings available in CDS,
* Indian Naval Academy
* Air Force Academy
* Indian Military Academy
* Officers Training Academy

For IMA and OTA: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or its equivalent

For Air Force Academy: Bachelor's Degree (with Physics and Mathematics at 12th Level) or Bachelor of Engineering

For Indian Naval Academy: Engineering from a recognized university.

The eligibility to appear for CDS is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The examination is conducted in two stages as : Written and SSB.

The discipline of bachelor degree varies with different wing. But there is no minimum required aggregate to appear for examination.

So, you can appear for examination if your overall result is qualified. For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.
