I am doing my B.Sc chemistry final year. I am going to searching for jobs. what are the extra qualification I have to develop to get job in top companies.

You must note that in todays world higher the qualification greater the scope and chance to join the top companies.
B.Sc is just an entry to get in to the job but in real,today a high profiled M.Sc completed students are also not eligible for the courses.There are many reason which deplete you to get the jobs.
First your marks as every student thinks that they just have to score good or best percentage in final degree only but note that some of the top companies check your aggregate percentage including aggregate of your all years.Try to have good marks or you will have rare chance to get join.
Second is the KT,You should avoid failing try to have at least a minimum marks to passed but don't get in KT procedure it will effect profile a lot.
Third is that your certificates and awards you have been received from the beginning including from secondary educations as it will give a better look regarding you to the company that how you was from the childhood.
Fourth your experience if you have been worked in any of the companies or office yet before even for part-time as it will let them to get an idea that how would the person work if they appoint them.

Beside this there are endless things such as your personality,Behavior yet before etc.

And,If you have joined anyone just work hard with it with your faith and truth,You will definitely succeed.
And,Yes be aware from the companies before applying for them as there are lots of companies which are just fake,they will offer you many thing but there are rare chance that they will be carrying forwarding up.Mostly there are lots of news you have been heard the companies which get suddenly closed and due to which employers have become jobless.

if there is required any other exam or cource for bettar performance in job? i am in bsc chemistry s.y
