Re: What is the future of different engineers coming from different universities?
Hello friend,
Future of any professional is not only influenced by their degree but their knowledge, skills and expertise. The equation of success has changed in the present scenario. Mathematically, degree+x=success and the x is not constant. It varies as the city, state, country and the whole world develops. So, you need to maintain the "x" to make yourself count in the competition. The standards have been set very high by every industry and will be higher in the future. To match yourself with such standards, you will have to maintain the equation of success ,i.e, "x". So, future will be definitely bright for hard working engineers who stand out of the crowd with their knowledge, expertise, practical attitude and desire to make their life large. |

Knowledge is always more important than degree so a students who have good knowledge will must find job regardless of his/her degree from any university.
so focus to get knowledge and don't worry about degree from university. |

university and college matters only at the time of campus placement but when a student goes out and searches for the job, then only his marks and knowledge are the things which will help him to give a good job. also there is one thing that his university musty be a government recognized one. |

Re: What is the future of different engineers coming from different universities?
Hello Friend,
Here, one thing I would like to clear out that doesn't matter in which stream you have completed your study but thing which matters a lot is your knowledge, skills and expertise. Now, Success is considered in the form of knowledge, not according to you degree or percentage scenario. Well, when talk about engineers same thing makes the effect. But, it also depends on the area, The area where more of companies are there to provide job opportunities, there are more scope of job opportunities. If the candidate has good skills and overall control on practical knowledge also, he'll definitely crack the competition and surely get the better job. Thanks. |
