hey,...buddy.surely.. u will get placed. no doubt in that, because in coming 3/4 years there is lot of deman for civil engineers.. every year Nagurjuna constructions are taking bulk civil engineers. So dont worry be cool n all the best.

Sure you do get good placement in this stream too. You will find most of the opportunities in construction sector. It is important that you have a good score and along with that good conceptual knowledge. You can update your resume in the career page of the websites of these companies. Also sending applications to the HR head too will help. You can apply whenever these companies advertise for vacant posts.

yes because civil has a gr8 demand.....you can pls register you in larsen and toubro (l & t) the top most company of civil engg........they have open a job registration........bst f luck

Eligibility for campus placements:- finished your 10th,12th and degree with above 60%marks. Improve your communication skills and aptitude. Improve your soft skills . Generally in campus contains three rounds:- 1)aptitude test(online) 2)group discussion 3)personal and hr interview. Best of luck

Yes you get good placement offers after completing civil engineering if you have done it from a well recognized college. Nowadays there is great demand for civil engineers and if you have not done from a good college still you may be placed but you need to really work hard.

Ya obviously u will get placement.Civil engineering has a very good scope in public sector jobs.On campus placement largely depends on college and most importantly the capability of you yourself.The quality of placement depends of the reputation of your college.And when a company comes to your college it mostly checks the basic of every subject you had in the four years period.So give your best shot in placement and never be over confident or be low in boast and always remain calm in most the situations in placement process as many companies checks the attitude and thereafter the aptitude so best of luck for your placements.

But it is not like that civil is the oldest of all the engineering field . Civil deals with serving the people and working for the upliftment of the people. The increasing population has resulted in demand in all the resource from water to building for shelter. The civil engineers have a major role to play in creating shelter i.e more building mainly multistories as the space is limited. The water is available in the world is plenty but the quality of it matters supplying quality water is a major task for the civil engineers. The task like reducing the effect of natural calamites also kids in the hands of civil engineers.
