im ist year student in btech cse what i can do so that at the end of year i got placed in some good companies actually i have never thought of taking cse

I have completed my btech (c.s.e) in 2010, and after that I started working as an Recruiter and today I have become a Manager, but want to move to software industry, please suggest at the age of 31 would companies take me in or not ?
