B.Tech in CS is a bachelor’s degree of 4 year duration which deals with the programming aspects as well as the various basic aspects dealing with the vast field of computer science.

B.Sc CS is a science graduation course of 3 year duration which also deals with the various aspects of computer science field. Computer science is a vast field and there are several areas of study. The area of study will be different for both degrees. The depth of knowledge acquired by this course also varies. Actually a B.Tech in CS and M.Sc CS is considered some what of same standard.
