Mechanical engineers are usually recruited to the position of 'Section Engineer'. Upper age limit to apply is 30 years. The profile of Junior Engineer are also suitable. Selection process is done on the basis written test and interview conducted by RRB. Qualifying UPSC ESE exam is another option to join railway services.
