After graduation in English, you can take up the role of Editor, Translator, or Copy writer. Or you can look for graduate level jobs like civil services. You can try for combined graduate level examination conducted by SSC. In banks, you can look for the profiles of P.O or clerk. TTR, Clerk, Ticket Collector, etc are some of the job profiles available in railways.
