What are the jobs to be placed in Motogp and F1?


Sir/madam
i am rajiv from chennnai. I want to get placed in racing team like motogp and F1; please show me a way to placed there. My qualification is ITI; DIPLOMA & BE MECHANICAL enginering. I have done projects, industrial visit and attented work shop.
