You can't directly become an Bank Manager . You have to develop your Experience and Skill then Only you may Become an Bank Manager .

If your aspiring to become and Bank Manager then you should Qualified in Bank PO Examination . The Eligibility Criteria for Bank PO Examination is differ from Bank to Bank

To apply for Bank PO Examination you should Complete Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized University . You should score Minimum 55% to 60% Percentage of marks to apply for Private Bank PO Examination .

Note :- There is No Minimum Percentage of marks require for SBI and IBPS PO Examination . If the Applicant should Complete Bachelor degree without arrears then your eligible to apply for SBI and IBPS PO Examination .

The Applicant who are Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for Bank PO Examination .

Age Criteria :-

For IBPS PO Examination :- Your age should be 20 years to 30 years and relaxation will applicable for sc/st candidates and OBC candidates.

For SBI PO Examination :- Your age should be 21 years to 30 years and relaxation will applicable for sc/st candidates and obc candidates .

Bank PO Examination Pattern :-

There is no specific qualification to become a Bank Manager. No one can directly be appointed as a Bank Manager. To become an bank Manager one has to be promoted from a Bank P.O.(Probationary Officer) or even from clerical cadre one can be elevated to the position of Bank Manager.

Anyway the aspiring candidate for Bank Manager should have cracked the Bank P.O. exam conducted by different private banks of their own. Generally Bank P.O. exams are conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) for 19 Public Sector Bank.

Eligibility for Bank P.O.Exam:-

-The candidate must be an Indian National
-Should have completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University
-Should be within the age of 20 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate

The bank manager supervises the employees and functions within the bank. He has responsibility to look the banks transaction, polices and procedures that are carried out daily in banks. To become a bank manager you have to knowledge of all the banking process.

First Method:
Give the banks clerical or PO exam.
There are now clerical and PO exams conduct by IBPS and 19 national’s banks accept the score cards of IBPS written test for the selection of candidates in the banks. IBPS clerical exam eligibility:
The candidates have 60% in class 10th or 12th for General and SC/ST/PWD only pass in class10th or 12th are eligible.
Or
Any graduate students from any stream can also apply.

IBPS PO exam eligibility:
The candidates have graduation percentage 55% for General/OBC or 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

If you are not eligible in the PO exam then don’t worry because those students not eligible in banks PO exam they give the clerical exams and after selections in the banks they can give the exam of promotions which is taken by the banking organizer authority for the banks employees.

Second Method:

Second method is that you do some MBA courses from the top reputed institutes. And when the some special recruitment is done by the banks for the Manager they give preference to the MBA holders. Also you will be direct placed from the institutes because in top reputed institutes some banks also visit for the recruitments.

Several years of banking experience in other positions are helpful stepping stones in order to become a bank manager.

2.without professional qualification
