Which is the future of PO?
this year i am apearing 4 my board exms i am thinking for doing bank po actually i want to know what is the future as a po ?

Hello,
After 12th standard you can do B.E. or B.Tech. or B.Sc. or B.Com. or B.A. or BBA or BCA or etc. then you are eligibile for Bank PO exam. Eligibility for Bank PO exam: - 1. Nationality - Indian 2. Pass graduation / Bachelor’s degree in any subject or in any engineering stream or equivqlent with minimum 60 % aggregate marks from a recognised institute / university. 3. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates. NOTE: - Final year appearing candidates can also apply for Bank PO exam. Best of Luck |

Probationary Officer ( PO ) is the initial stage to enter in banking industry.
From this, one can progress very quickly to higher hierarchy like Manager, General Manager & may more. So this type of job fascinates fresh graduates a lot. And also they are correct in choosing this. |

In recent days, the competition for the bank exams for PO positions has increased tremendously.
A probationary officer is the starting level recruitment for bank officers. Good communication skills, and ability to resolve conflicts calmly are the expectations from PO Job profile of Probationary officer is as follows -General banking -Administration and paper work in bank -Any other work in the bank till the completion of his probation period During training period, they are trained for Accounting, marketing, finance and billing. After the confirmation as PO he will become Assistant manager in any one of the branch of the bank to handle -Daily customer transaction -cash management -Draft issuance etc. As you got the experience, you will be promoted to higher levels. There may be chance that a candidate can climb upto managing director for a bank from the PO position. |

the future of PO Future of PO-Probationary offcer is good in the field of bank and it needs a lot of hard work to shine in the future. When you are taken as PO in any bank at first you will be doing some job which is given later by 1-2 yrs you have a chance to be the Manager of the bank depending upon your performance As you are writing your board exams you must complete a bachelors degree after that with minimum of 60 % to apply for the PO post. PO is very reputed post.it has good salary also.in comparison of IT sector, it gives so many extra allowance. i think its a good goverment job.
after becoming PO you are also become the member of different sector related to banks. For PO You should have completed their graduation with at least 60 % aggregate from the recognized University to be eligible for this course. you must be computer literate to be eligible for this course. minimum age 21 years and maximum 30 years of age for general/obc. There are relaxation for sc/st/sst and other. Selection Criteria: Examination will be held in two terms. First term(1st objective paper,discriptive paper). Second term-interview. Objective examination will consist of: i.Reasoning Ability Test ii.Quantitative Aptitude iii.General Awareness/Computer Knowledge iv.English Language |
