hii, after selecting in GATE exam you can apply to various institutes like,

IITs,NITs, othere top colleges depending upon your rank, you will get stipends and good

placements.

yes my dear friend you can do your m.tech with ME after completing your b.tech with CIVIL.....it will good for you you can go in project field and also you can go in mechanical field...
