what is the pay scale for fresh qualified cs...could u please tell me the pay scale

Generally in the case of fresh graduate CS engineers, the pay scale varies according to the organizations.

In both govt and private sector the pay scale differs. But as fresh trainee engineers , under probation periods, they get minimum of Rs.14000-15000 in the first 4-5 months of joining.

When they are placed or designated as senior developer according to the company's terms and norms, the pay scale also increases i.e minimum Rs.30000.

The software industry is regarded as one of the most unstable sector ,so you can guess how much difference there can be in pay scale of fresh graduate trainees.

Freshers pay scale.

1. First of all the freshers have chance to get placement in their colleges through
Campus Interview.

here they will get 15,000 to 20,000 per month depending upon the IT company.

This is Phase I

2. Phase II

After graduation they are treated as fresher upto 1 year.


In this time they have more responsibilities to get placement.

Here they have lot of choices to attend interview from startup company to MNC
companies.

So they can get from 8,0000 to 14,000 pm depending upon the company.

3. Phase III

somebody's choose education side. So here they can get 8,000 to 11,000 when they

are fresher.
