Re: What is the percentage required in class 10th to become a Pilot?
If you want to become Pilot in Indian Air Force then you have to pass at least 10+2 with Physics ,Chemistry and Maths with any percentage.
After passing 10+2 with PCM you can apply for NDA exam through which you can join Indian Air Force as pilot. UPSC hasn't mentioned any percentage criteria for NDA exam so you should be just pass in 10+2 with PCM. Marks in the NDA exam will decide whether you will be selected for the academy or not. The age limit for NDA exam is 16.5 to 19 years and only unmarried male can apply for it. Selection Criteria: You have to appear for written exam . If you score top marks in written then you will be called for SSB interview. Merit is prepared on the basis of marks in written and SSB. You also must be medically fit to get clearance for joining the academy. Exam Pattern NDA: For more information visit http://www.upsc.gov.in |
