INDIAN AIR FORCE

To become a pilot, there are some things to comsider, first of all, you should not hav any eye sight defect and have 60% PCM in 12th standard.

You can write for the NDA exam conducted by the UPSC exam, which is done twice a year. U can also write AFCAT exam for flying branch.

Some basic criteria:

>>16-19.5 years,unmarried candiates

>> should have passed 12th with 60% PCM.

So, you are eligible and apply for it.

All the best!

I hope you mean commercial pilot course. It is really a good career option despite the fact that airlines companies are not doing so well in India. A commercial pilot makes a lot of money and airlines offer several perks for them as well.

But a word of cautious, pilot course is quite expensive affair. You will have to spend around 10 to 15 lakh to become commercial pilot. Please make sure that this course is financially affordable for you.

Eligibility

1. You definitely should have completed 12th.

2. Your subjects in 12th should be PCM.

3. Minimum of 50 percent marks must have been scored.

4. The age limit is 18 to 30 years.

Physical Criteria

1. The minimum height of the candidate should be 5 feet.

2. A perfect 6/6 vision is required to apply for pilot.

3. You can wear glasses to correct the eye sight. However contact lenses are not allowed.

4. Make sure you don't have any fears of height.
