if i can clear ies then what post i can get means in which field....

hi,
IES exam stands for Indian Engineering service which is conducted by UPSC.

If you clear IES exam,then you can become IES or Engineering officer.


IES exam eligibility;-

-----you must be passed a bachelor engineering degree in the following branch;-

Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and ECE.

----Your age should be between 21-30 years./

----You must be citizen of India.

IES exam pattern;-

civil service preliminary exam

Civil services mains exam

Personality test/Interview

Preliminary exam General studies papers of 200 marks each.

Mains exam consist;-choosing language papers, English, essay, General studies papers and your optional subject papers.
