hello,my name is md.sohail.i m in class 10th(ICSE).nd i want to knw that what is the probability of getting marks above 80 percent if i solve all the questions of ICSE SPECIMEN PAPERS 2012 of each nd every subject.

I think you should solve last 10 years question papers first...............

If you want above 80% marks in class 10th you must try to follow this rules :

1. Solve previous year question papers.

2. Read all chapters carefully and detailed.

3. Practice exercise questions.

4. Make a time table to read all subject equally.

5. At last believe on your self !

firstly, i would like to say that all boards are of equal standard ,there is no such question being tough or easy board as the all boards are concerned regarding student performance and ability so they therefore sets an equal weightage to all the question pattern that is set . .
Coming to your question that is probability of getting 80% marks in icse, it really depends on you ,if you study hard and do study regularly then why not you will surely get above 85% in your boards. The only thing require for you is to be focussed regarding exam .Here i want to add one line which is famous and appropriate and it will motivate you to study and the line is :
"THE GOD HELP THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES". So friend you have to help yourself then only you will get a reward in your result.

See it is a good chance that you have to get good marks in ICSE if you solve different reference books and ten years papers on it. Now how much will your marks will raise, that depends upon you and your performance in the examination. If you are not able to reproduce the things that you have learnt in a proper organized and correct manner, then getting good marks will be a very rare possibility. So practice all those books and retain what you have learnt. So that in the examination you give correct answers to the given questions. It will be better before the actual examination, if you go for giving mock tests in some institutes to check your abilities.

85 % marks in icse is good or bad?

obviously good...in icse u got 85% it means in CBSE u got 90% n in state board it bcums 95%..

I've got 85% in Icse boards and am taking commerce in plus 2.
Is it a good percentage for me?
