There are various Institutes which offers undergraduate, post graduate diploma, diploma and certificate courses in Journalism. One of the most recognized Institutes which offers various courses in Journalism is Jagran Institute of Management and Mass Communication [JIMMC]. The Institute offers the following courses in Journalism and Mass Communication:

• PG Diploma in Broadcast Journalism,
• PG Diploma in Print Journalism
• Diploma in Journalism
• Bsc. in Mass Communication

Admission to these programs are based on Written Test and Personal Interview. The minimum qualification required is a pass in the +2 level of exam from a recognized Board. For Post Graduate programs candidate must hold a Bachelors degree from a recognized University.

The procedure for admission in journalism are as follows:-
- completion and submission of application form and supporting material;
- Online Aptitude test;
- Personal interview;and;
- Notification and acceptance of admission.

If you've completed your graduation from any discipline then you can opt for Post Graduation in Mass Communication at NIMCJ, Ahmedabad and if you have completed your 12th then also you can opt for graduation in Mass Communication from any reputed college or Institute.
