Intrance exam of marchant navy kitne question rahte hai aur kitne nunber ka hota hai aur detail etc?

To join the Merchant Navy you have to qualify in the NDA entrance examination conducted by the UPSC.

The eligibility for the examination is candidates must have passed or pursuing in the 10+2 board examination. The age of the candidates must be between 16.5-19 years and have Mathematics and Physics as main subjects.

The examination is conducted in two stages as Written and SSB.

The written paper is conducted in two papers as Paper I - Mathematics which contains 120 questions of 300 marks.

Paper -II of General Ability which is of 600 marks and contains 150 questions.
Questions are of Physics , Chemistry , General knowledge and Biology also.

There is negative marking of 1/3 of the marks for each questions.

Only selected candidates in the written examination are eligible for the SSB which is of 900 marks. All other details are kept secret.
