HSC holders are eligible to apply for NDA exam. Those who have studied science as the main subject have the option to join navy or air force also. Lower age limit of the candidate must be 16 ½ years. Eligible candidate must be less than 19 years. Detailed information can be collected from the portal of UPSC.

NATIONAL DEFENCE ACDEMY The eligibiltity criteria for the NDA EXAM is as given below 1) The canddiate's SHOULD have completed 12th with PCM as main subjects 2) The candidate's age should be between 16.5 to 19 years 3) The candidate must be an unmarried candidate 4) The candidate must be a citizen of india AGE : - 16.5 TO 19 YEARS QUALIFICATION : - 12TH (PCM) Generally , this exam will conduct by UPSC twice in every year The Selection procedure, 1) Written exam 2) Interview 3) Medical test The Exam Syllabus , 1) General Ability - 600 marks 2) Maths - 300 marks BOOKS TO BE REFERRED : - ~~ For General anility - M.LAXMIKANTH ~~ For Maths - R.S.Aggarwal |

The eligibility criteria to appear for NDA Entrance Exam are as follows: The candidate needs to complete 12th standard or appearing 12th standard. The age limit is 16.5 years to 19 years. There is relaxation of age according to the government rules. You can write NDA exam after 12th. Your age should be between 16-19 years. For Indian army 12th with any subject will work but for indian anavy and indian airforce you must have passed your 12th with maths and physics as your subjects.In both case 50% minimum marks is required in your 12th If you will qualify this written exam you will be called for SSB and after qualifying SSB you will be sent to IMA dehradun for your training. National Defence Academy exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission two times in a year
Nationality : A Candidate must either be a citizen of India or a subject of Bhutan or a subject of Nepal Educational Qualification : Indian Army : complete 12th stands or equivalent from a recognized university Indian Air Force & Naval : complete 12th stands or equivalent with physics & mathematics from a recognized university Age limit : min of age limit 16.5 years & max of age limit 19 years Selection Process based on written exam , SSB Interview & Medical test |

NDA is National Defence Academy in Khadakvasla, Maharashtra.
For NDA there is Examination condcuted by UPSC every year twice . Thos who want to become an Officer in Indian Defence can give this exam if they have following qualifications: -10+2 or equivalent pass from a recognised board of education. -Age should be between 16.5 to 19 years. -Should be unmarried male of India. If you satisfy above criteria then you can apply for NDA examination when the notifications are announced.
