Hi
the qualification depends upon on the post that you want to get. For a head - constable,the minimum qualification required is 10+2 in any stream from a recognizing Board. And for officer line, graduation is needed. For make the officer in police,you have to qualify the entrance exam of Civil service exams conducted by the UPSC at the posts like IAS,IPS etc. For appearing in these exams, the eligibility criteria is- tha candidate must have a graduation degree in any stream from a recognizing university. Age limit is 21 to 30 years. Upper age relaxation for the reserved catogories. For More info log on www.upsc.gov.in GOOD LUCK |
