$$ To sit for this exam firstly you need to complete graduation first. The degree can be attained in any discipline of your choice. It has to be done from a recognized university. $$ Secondly, in addition to that you also have to ensure minimum 50% of marks at graduation level if you are a general category candidate. For the SC/ST candidates the percentage to secure is 45% of marks in aggregate. $$ Even final year candidates who are about to sit for their final qualifying examination or awaiting the result of their final year exam can also sit for this examination. $$ Age is not a criteria as you have the liberty to sit for this examination whenever you want to soon after completing graduation. Moreover there is no restriction on the number of permissible attempts so you don't need to count the number of chances left. $$ Apart from the written examination there is also the group discussion round and interview session to attend. Marks of all stages count therefore the performance level always needs to be upto the mark to compete with the innumerable students applying for the same. Some institutes also asks about the overall academic background, co-curricular activities you were interested in and the work experience you have. $$ There will be two sections mainly and for each section 70 minutes will be given. You dont have the option to choose any section. Once the timer goes out you wont be able to get back to the last section. From each section 30 questions will come. There is no definite exam pattern to prescribe as such but these are the two sections you should give more stress:- Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation and Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning. Hope this helps ;-> :-> |
