Re: Am I applicable for full time course in MBA?
As long as you have completed the bachelor's degree from a recognized college you are not going to face any issue. Then it does not matter whether you have completed the graduation through regular mode or the correspondence mode.
Both are equally acceptable when appearing for the entrance exams conducted for Master of Business Administration. You can appear for the entrance exam of your choice. It could be any of the following entrance exams. CAT KMAT GMAT XAT MAT GMAT JMET SNAP TANCET You can also apply for any MBA stream. It could be Finance, Banking, Marketing, Human Resources or even Economics. There are several other streams in Master of Business Administration which you can also choose. I have already given a small list of entrance exams conducted for MBA. You can pick any of the entrance exam. There are various exams that are conducted by states. While exams such as GMAT are for foreign universities. The most preferred entrance exam is Common Admission Test. You need to have graduation degree with 50% marks to apply for this exam. Schedule Caste and Tribe need 45% marks in graduation to appear for this exam. Common Admission Test takes place in October/November. The responsibility of conducting this exam lies with Indian Institutes of Management. While there are several other colleges that also accepts the CAT score. If you are falling short on marks to apply for Common Admission Test then there are several options. You can see the requirement for MBA entrance exam conducted in your state. Some states don't have percentage requirement. Otherwise you can appear for Management Aptitude Test. It is also widely accepted in India although not by the Indian Institutes of Management. For MAT exam you need to have graduation degree with no percentage requirement. |
