What is the scope or starting post of stenography(English) in Indian Army?

What is the scope of Stenography(English) in Indian Army and how far a stenographer can get a rank in it if he works hard? What is the selection procedure to become a stenographer in Army and when Indian Army requires for applications for stenographers

# The profession of stenographer is much demanding and respectable in both government as well as private sector.

# Even stenographers are required in Indian Army. Indian Army oftenly advertised for the posts of stenographer from time to time.

# There is also the provision that if a soldier wishes to pursue the course of stenographer, then that soldier sent for stenographer course from an army institute. After successful completion of stenographer course, that soldiers is appointed as stenographer.
