After B.Com, you can either try for higher studies or can try for a job. Higher education programs like MBA, MBM, M.Com, etc can be opted. PG diploma or short term courses in accounting or finance will also be suitable. Other than higher studies, you can try for job positions in financial institutions, banks, etc. Graduate level jobs in government departments, public sector banks, and defense will be suited.
