What should I do after btech mba or mtech according to best job vacancies

you have nor mention that in which field of engineering you have done your B.Tech neither you have mention in which specific area you want to work.

Still if you are interested in Research and development or Teaching profession than you should do M.tech after B.tech as after doing M.Tech from good institution

you will have good career opportunities in Research and Development and Teaching Profession.

However if you want to work in Govt Sector or Corporate Houses or other sector related to engineering /technical than you should do MBA after B.Tech.

MBA inculcate various managerial skills in candidate which are necessary for any candidate who want reach to the higher posts in any organization or company.

Some Engineers who have MBA Degree / diploma from Reputed B-school are getting highest salary in India as compare to any other profession candidates is getting.

if you have much technical knowledge and want to continue with the same i.e. if you want to be in technical and logical field then you must opt for M.Tech
on the other hand if you want to come in the real world ,if you good leadership qualities and kind of do a better diversity in knowledge then youmay go for MBA
MBA has many branches you being an engineering student can go for HR ,FINANCE, MARKETING etc.
