I am doing b.tech in ECE from ptu. what shoul I do either m.tech or job.?

As you are still doing Btech and have n't completed it yet so i think initially you should wait and prepare for on campus
placement. If you get a job with good package in a good company then go for job. and you can also complete your mtech side by side from open university like IGNOU etc.
But if you dnt want job in company then do mtech nd join as a lecturer.
so choice is all yours.

Selection between higher studies and job can be made according to your interest. M.Tech in ECE, VLSI, Embedded Systems, etc allows you to have a rewarding career in industry. M.Tech holders can also have a rewarding career in teaching field. B.Tech degree with NET qualification is enough to join as Asst professor. You can also try for Engineer Trainee position in PSU, Specialist Officer in banks, and so on.
