What should I do to get a job in technical side? I am a final year civil engineering student
Hi, am a final year civil engineering student. I find my technical knowledge to be very weak. What should I do to get into a job rather than tecnical side or what kind of course should I prefer to join rather than M.tec?

You can approach any of the finishing schools to sharpen your soft skills. Apart from technical jobs, you can try for 'Specialist Officer' position in banks. Now days, a large group of engineers opt for civil services. Defense sector jobs are also suitable. Short term courses related to building construction can be selected for studies.
