My name is Bhavesh Jain from Udaipur Rajasthan student of cpt I have lost my cpt registration letter so what should I do to get my cpt registration number

I had filled the ca-cpt registration form in 2012 dated 1st April 2012.but now I have no registration no. And no do no. Because I missed it three years ago but now I am interested to complete December attempt what I do.

I have made payment for CPT and have taken a print of the form but not received my registration number and registration letter what can I do to get it.
